01 - Reconnect

Inner-child reparenting

A structured journey through acknowledgement, self-compassion and creative expression. Together we name old, unmet needs, learn to validate them, and rebuild a kinder inner voice — using visualization, journaling and gentle reparenting.

02 - Regulate

Nervous-system reset

A six-week intensive in body-based regulation. We widen the gap between a trigger and your response with grounding, breathwork and body-scan practices — so daily life feels less like bracing and more like breathing.

  • A simple home practice that takes minutes, not hours

Format: 6-week intensive · 1:1 or pairs

03 - Advocate

Access & advocacy support

Practical, plain-language help navigating the systems that often stand between people and the support they're entitled to. We walk through eligibility, accommodations and paperwork — from disability access cards to documentation — so nothing gets lost in the maze.

  • Understanding eligibility and which card or document fits
  • Help preparing applications and gathering verification
  • Knowing your rights when asking for reasonable adjustments

04 - Renew

Confidence & renewal lab

A monthly small-group programme for people stepping back into themselves. We explore presence, self-image and the quiet courage of trying something new — whether that's a creative skill, a fresh routine, or simply being seen again.
