Inner-child work
Gentle reparenting, validation and visualization that let old, unmet needs finally be heard — at a pace that feels safe.
Trauma-informed wellbeing studio
We help people steady an overstretched nervous system, heal the patterns that keep repeating, and advocate for what they need — with warmth, structure, and zero rush.

What we hold
No fixing, no forcing. We build a small set of reliable practices around three things people most often come to us for.
Gentle reparenting, validation and visualization that let old, unmet needs finally be heard — at a pace that feels safe.
Body-scans, breathwork and small daily check-ins that widen the window between a trigger and your response.
Practical support to name your needs and navigate the systems — access, accommodations, paperwork — that often stand in the way.
Who we are
Anchorgrove began in a borrowed room with one belief: healing rarely comes from a single dramatic breakthrough. It comes from consistent, compassionate attention — small wins, repeated, until trust in yourself is rebuilt.
We're a trauma-informed team of practitioners who keep things human-sized. Short practices that fit a real life. Honest conversations. And the patience to let progress be slow when slow is what's needed.
How we can help
Every engagement starts with a quiet consult so we can find the right starting point together.
A structured journey through acknowledgement, self-compassion and creative expression to repair early, unmet needs.
Body-based regulation, grounding and daily micro-practices to bring your system back into a steadier range.
Hands-on help understanding accommodations, eligibility and the paperwork that unlocks the support you're entitled to.
A small-group programme on rebuilding self-image and presence — for people stepping back into themselves.
The Anchorgrove path
We name what hurts and what was missing — out loud or on paper — to create a safe place to begin.
Compassionate self-talk, grounding and short rituals rewrite old messages about worth.
Play, movement and journaling reconnect you to feeling that words alone can't reach.
Steady routines and supportive relationships turn small wins into durable change.
In their words
"For the first time I can feel a trigger coming and not get swept away by it. The pacing here is everything — nobody rushed me."
"They helped me make sense of the accommodations process when I had no idea where to start. Practical, kind, and on my side."
"The daily five-minute check-ins sound tiny, but they rebuilt my trust in myself. I finally believe progress is mine to keep."
